I want to express the discomfort during my travel from your airline. I travelled last Saturday due to some business work in Toronto from Vancouver.
First, the flight got delayed, for which they did not inform us earlier, and we had to wait for almost 2-3 hours before the departure. Second, the flight's cabin crew was being rude and didn't respond when being called. Third, I had opted for a vegan meal and was served a non-vegetarian meal. I asked the air hostess to change my meal, to which she refused to do so.
The discontentment and the poor service reached another level when some passengers' luggage was missing when we reached Toronto. Their luggage was sent to another flight, they will return them after a week, as informed by the authorities.
Due to the above reasons, I would like to file a complaint against your airline. I hope you will understand the situation and take quick action on this. I have attached my ticket and boarding pass to this email for your reference. Please contact me if you need anything else.
