I am writing this email to bring your attention to the things I bought on your website that didn't meet my expectation.
On July 23rd, I bought two pairs of Zara denim jeans from your website. The website description given was 32cm waist and 30cm length and I chose a pair of black and white colour, and I also bought a pair of size 8 blue sneakers.
I got a delivery of the package a week after, I was extremely disappointed with the items I got. Firstly, the denim was shorter in length completely different from the details on the online store. Moreover, the colour of the sneakers
I got didn't match the colour I picked from the website. Things like this can hinder your business and you might lose your present and potential customers, as it is easy for people to go on a social website to make a negative review.
I would be highly grateful if you could correct this mistake, by sending me the exact item I selected from your online store, or send me a full refund of my money.
