You had recently ordered a book, online from a bookseller. The book sent by him was not the latest edition, even though you had paid the money according to the latest edition version.
Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to you to express my concern regarding recent online order bearing number #XX7126 from your website.
I am Casey Choi a mathematics major from Pembroke University. I recently placed an online order for Advanced Calculus 3rd edition by Stephen Hawk on 18th May. I purchased the book as it was mentioned as the latest edition in the description.
It even costed more than the last edition. I paid the full amount and was notified that I will be receiving it in 3 days. I was happy to receive the book on time but I am utterly disappointed to find out it is not what I ordered.
I have a test coming up in 5 days and I really need the latest edition to prepare. This is the main reason why I ordered the latest edited version.
As a solution, and because I am a regular customer, I am hoping that you will send me the correct order by tomorrow. Otherwise, I would like to cancel my order and send you the wrong book back to you.
Thank you for kind attention and I am hopeful that action will be taken soon.
