Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions
Read the following information.
You are working in a company, your company is planning to introduce new payment system. Company has sent out an opinion survey to know what is the preference of the employees.
Payment schedule survey:
Option A: Monthly payments: Company will pay at the end of the month.
Option B: Daily payments: All employees will be paid on daily basis.
I think option A will be a better choice. Even though there are some benefits, which are associated with option B, but I believe that the monthly payments option will provide more services to the employees. The first reason is that you don't have to check your bank account every day. With the monthly payments option, the salary will be deposited to your bank account on the first of day of every month. You can check your bank account on that day for the monthly salary amount. The second reason has a better way to invest your money. With the daily payments option, you will get a small amount of money as a salary every day. That will make it difficult to go for better investment plans. Instead of that, if you get a monthly stipend, then the amount will be significant, and it will help you to make better investment plans. Therefore I believe that the monthly payments option is better than the daily payments option. Again this is my personal opinion. I will support wherever the decision is made.
