Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions
Read the following information.
An independent agency is conducting survey on immigration policy of the country. The Agency has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like the government to plan good immigration policy.
Immigration Policy Survey:
Option A: Number of Immigrants coming to our country should be lowered.
Option B: New easy to Immigrate Policy, to bring in more immigrants.
As a proud resident of NB, it is My pleasure that I have been called to share my views regarding a survey on the immigration policy of the country which is conducted by an independent agency. I would go with option B which is favoring to invites more immigrants and seeking reforms in the policy. In my humble opinion, several provinces are still facing a skilled workers deficit; the farming industry has to hustle to get trained laborers for their farms, and the construction industry also suffers due to a low workforce, apart from this many towns and cities are below standard population, so bringing more immigrants would be a good option in my worth cents'. Current Federal immigration policy is well designed and allows only appropriate profiles, the policy filtered inappropriate people very well by their ranking system and qualification criteria for immigration to Canada. I only feel that there is a need for some reforms which fasten the procedures and avoid unnecessary delays. These are My personal views and I hope they would help You,
