Last week you had travelled in a domestic airline due to some business. You did not have a good experience with that airline. The discontentment, due to the poor service, made you complain about the airline.

I am Ms. Mark, writing to you concerning an unfortunate experience I had on your airline on 9th October, 2019.
I had travelled several times for business purposes. However, I never experienced such rude behaviour from your airline crew. I had pre-booked, a vegetarian meal, to my surprise, I was told by the air hostess, that for some reason, Veg meals had not been sent on board today.
I would've understood if she tried to explain it to me. Instead, she rudely answered my questions with very little patience and disregard. I wanted to brush it aside, and asked her if she can give any alternative veg options to that she once again without even checking with other crew members, she blatantly refused to answer me or give me any suggestions.
I thought, before coming to conclusions about this staff's behaviour, I would check with others on the flight if they've faced a similar attitude from her. Many of them agreed with me, and I complained to the supervisor of the crew on the plane.
