You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • What you purchased and when.
  • Exactly how it is different from the website description.
  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent online purchase from your company's website. I have ordered a pair of black leather boots on your website of size 9 and I have received a suede texture of black boots rather than the leather one which I have ordered for. I have read the description details on this product and it nowhere mentions or speaks about the boots made of suede material. This seems to be some kind of error in the specification of the product details on your company's website. I would like to request a return label so that I could ship this product back to your warehouse and get a refund for my order. I have attached images of the product received by me as a reference, please do let me know if any additional details are required in the process. Kindly, do look into this matter and try rectifying the error at the earliest possible, so that other customers get a clear idea on the product details before placing an order. This would also help your company get better reviews and customer satisfaction. Hoping something like this will not happen in the future as I, frequently purchase products on your website.
