Last week you had travelled in a domestic airline due to some business. You did not have a good experience with that airline. The discontentment, due to the poor service, made you complain about the airline.
Write an email to the Airline in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Tony, and I am a frequent flyer with Indigo airlines. I am always happy with your service and on-time schedules, however my last flight IG280 to Toronto was a complete anomaly. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the issues faced by the passengers and utter lack of service standards.
COVID -19 have posed difficult times for all of us. We need to follow precautions now more than ever. However, I was disappointed to see the lack of standards: there were no sanitization done, the water served on the flight was without straws, and there was no social distancing maintained while boarding the aircraft. All the passengers were stunned and disapproved of the way things were proceeding.
Being disturbed by all this, I even approached the staff to raise my issues. However, no action was taken. So much so, that I was not even provided with a straw. I went without water on a 3-hour flight.
I appeal that you look into the matter. It is a matter that concerns the health and safety of all the passengers, and therefore you should devise a quality check for all your future flights.
