Read the following information.

You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • What you purchased and when.
  • Exactly how it is different from the website description.
  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Sanna. This letter is about my recent purchase of a gown which I brought to attend a social gathering from Amazon on 08/28/2020. I was very excited to place an order for this beautiful and eye-catching black party gown to attend a close friend's birthday. However, I was not satisfied with this product. Firstly, the dress doesn't exactly match the colour which is displayed on the online website of Amazon. It shows that the dress's colour is dark black, but the actual garment I received is a little on the grey shade. Secondly, the quality of the material is compromised. The product material is thin and transparent. Lastly, I found a small hole in the gown, so I feel the merchandise is defective. It is appreciable if you can place a return request for me and process a refund. And aslo if you can provide me with some instructions to ship and return this merchandise.
