Write an email to the Manager of the colony in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Give a description of the chain and the place where you found it.
  • Ask help from Secretary of the colony in tracing the owner

Dear Manager, I am writing to you to share that I found a gold chain in the colony compound on January 26th and sought your help to trace the owner. After finishing the republic day celebration, I was coming back from colony central park and found a gold chain on my way near the car parking. It is a long curved chain having a pendant in it of letter 'P'. I asked people around me if the chain belongs to anyone but did not find an owner. I stood near the parking for an hour assuming that someone will surely come to look at the missing chain and I'll return him or her. Unfortunately, no one came & I left for home. I believe that someone (the owner) must have been logged a missing report in the society office. I request you to please investigate this matter and help in tracing the owner. The chain is with me and will submit it to the society office based on your further guidelines. Please reach out to via email or cell listed in your records for flat number 403, Alura E. Regards Tony
