I am Tony, residing in Toronto. I have bought Samsung Galaxy S9 mobile phone from the Samsung store located in the CNF Eaton mall. I was very excited about it because I bought it from my first salary.
I was using it for the last 15 days without any issue. In the last couple of days, onwards my phone is not working properly and the mobile battery is discharging rapidly. So I visited the store and ask the technician to look into it. The phone is under warranty period.
The company representative told me that come after the week as it requires to replace the battery and upgrade the software on the mobile phone. I visited the store after week, but, still, it's not repaired.
Now they are taking more time than usual.
I am writing to you to express concern about the service given by the Samsung representative. I want you to please look into this matter urgently. I am looking towards positive assistance from your side.
