You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Dear Sir, I am writing this letter as I am dissatisfied with an online purchase from your website. I did not receive an accurate product as it was listed on the website. Let me explain the situation. I placed an order for the intelligence drone through a website on Friday, May 23, 2021, which is order# 457634. Upon checking and purchasing this, the description of this was not the same as what it was shipped. When it arrived by mail, I found it distinct from what I was interested in buying it. I received it with a basic drone with small size and battery power, whereas my choice was for a giant drone with a charging battery. Thus, I suggest that you ask your partner delivery provider to get this product from me as returned. Then, kindly resend the correct drone, which is with the description of the Giant Intelligence Drone with battery charging. Also, please inform your shipping department to double-check it, and accelerate this shipment to make it as early as possible.
