Dear Public Transport Manager,
I am Sam, a regular passenger with the city public transit. I have been using your services for two years. Recently, I noticed that there are some problems with the transit system, especially with the buses. I am writing to share these issues to find a potential solution.
Unfortunately, the bus frequency during the morning and evening rush hour is insufficient to cope with the high demand. This means that sometimes I have to wait for more than 40 minutes to catch the bus with vacant seats. In other words, many employees reach their work late, and this would significantly impact their livelihood in the long run. Consequently, people become distressed, and this might undermine their job prospects.
As you are aware, not all people afford to have a private car. Statistics have shown that there are a large proportion of people with low income in the city. Thus, the management should take serious action to improve the transit services. Perhaps you could add more buses during the rush hour or change the route to meet the passengers' requirements. I am hoping that you can take care of this problem.
