You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • What you purchased and when.
  • Exactly how it is different from the website description.
  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Hi, I recently purchased a long sleeve dress from your website and I’m not happy with the product I have received. First of all, it’s color is darker in the picture shown on the website but I have received a lighter tone. I ordered a Maroon color long sleeve dress with size 38 with a full length till toes but the dress I received is red in color and its length is quite shorter not able to reach my toes. I’m attaching all the details I have marked online while purchasing so you can recheck in your system as well. Kindly send me the same color and size and that I have ordered 2 days back and you can send anyone from your company to collect the parcel I received today. I’m always happy with your delivery services and hopeful that this time also I will receive my parcel in no time. Thanks! Regards, Ala
