Writing Task 2: Responding to Survey Questions
Read the following information.
You are working in a company, your company is planning to introduce new payment system. Company has sent out an opinion survey to know what is the preference of the employees.
Payment schedule survey:
Option A: Monthly payments: Company will pay at the end of the month.
Option B: Daily payments: All employees will be paid on daily basis.
To whom it may concern. I think that monthly payments, always at the end of the month, are better options than daily payments. Here are my reasons for this preference. First and more importantly, the payments that I regularly make, like apartment rental, electricity, phone, internet, and others, are paid every month. Therefore, I do not need to receive money daily. Second, the company frequently commits mistakes when calculating my salary, so it is necessary to check all deposits done by you in my bank account and the tax discounts. I'm not particularly eager to spend my time every day checking the accuracy of each payment. From my perspective, monthly payments are the best option because I do not need money daily. Otherwise, I do not spend time every day checking your payments. I appreciate the opportunity to give my opinion on this issue. Regards, Tony
