You recently made an online purchase and the product was not the same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things::

  • What you purchased and when.
  • Exactly how it is different to the website description.
  • How you would like the company to fix the problem.

Dear Amazon Team, I am writing this email to raise my concern about an HP Laptop, which I purchased on Friday, 10th May 2020, order number "BT152325" from your website. Unfortunately, the received device configurations are different, as mention in the website description. I used Amazon for the last ten years, and I never faced such problems in the past. I got the item on time as like past ordered products. I appreciate your delivery timings, and I received orders on or before time. I excited about my laptop because I was waiting for it for a long time. So, I checked the device configuration on your website; per the description, it shows a 1TB SSD, 64GB RAM, and a 2GB graphic card. When I turned it on, then found that It has only 500GB SSD and 32 GB RAM without a Graphic card. I was shocked when I checked its configurations. I already placed a return and replace request on the next day. I know about your good services, and you always want a good relationship with customers. I want to request to, please replace the item and send me the mention configurations Laptop. Please change the description on the website as well. I am looking forward to a positive response from your end. Thanks and regards, Tony
