Read the following information.

You had recently ordered a book, online from a bookseller. The book sent by him was not the latest edition, even though you had paid the money according to the latest edited version.

Write an email to the bookseller in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Complain about service of the online site
  • State about the urgency for the latest edition

Hi Support Team, I am John, and I would like to bring your attention to the order mismatch, which I purchased online from your website www.abc.com. To begin, I bought "The Fundamental of physics 7th edition", but I received "The Fundamental of physics 6th editions". Furthermore, I contacted the customer representative through chat features of your website, but I did not get any solution for the same. After this, I also contacted over the phone, did not get any proper response, which was an awful experience for me. Additionally, I desperately need the 7th edition of the book, as this edition only has new chapters on modern physics. Furthermore, I have an exam in August month, and I have only three months left in my hand to study, and I don't want to miss any questions in the exam.
