I am writing to express my sheer discontentment concerning the mobile phone that I bought a few days ago.
I bought the device on 20th February 2021 from your Guildford store. Somehow the box was open, and the sales lady explained that she opened it while grabbing it. Moreover, the phone worked fine for the first three days, but the screen was stuck on the fourth day of purchase.
However, I assumed it to be a minor glitch in a device and waited an entire day to get back to normal. When it did not get back to the normal mode, I was alarmed. It stopped working, and I informed the company representative right away. Since then, my phone was submitted for repair, and it's almost three weeks that it has not been repaired. I am unfortunate with the service and devastated.
Considering what has happened, I believe I am entitled to a complete refund or replacement of the phone.
